When we sell your home, we analyze your actual place in the market and offer our assessment of a fair price at what we think your home will sell at, given our years of experience AND local market data and facts.  This initial assessment is a VERY accurate price in order for the home to sell at the highest price within the average days on market for Scappoose.

But maybe you need more money out of the sale and you have more patience to let the house stay on the market for many months beyond the local average – all you need is one buyer willing to pay over market value because they love your specific one-of-a-kind house.  We can start high and see what the market says.  We can always adjust pricing later.  In other words, if I think the home will sell at $450,000, and you don’t like my number – let’s revisit what you really want out of the sale, rather than seeking out a different opinion.  I will work hard to justify selling your home at a higher price if you have the patience for that.
